A deeper reason
for teaching piano.
Musically in Love began with a simple belief: learning music should help people grow — not just teach them how to play songs.

How it started.
Musically in Love was created by Anthony Alexander out of a desire to see piano education become more encouraging, thoughtful, and human.
After years of working with students of all ages, one thing became clear: people don't struggle with piano because they lack talent. They struggle when learning feels confusing, rigid, or disconnected from their everyday lives.
More than just piano lessons.
Over time, Musically in Love grew beyond traditional piano lessons. It became a space where music is used as a tool for confidence, creativity, focus, independence, and personal growth.
We don't only teach the language of music. We teach the empowerment of music — helping students understand what they are learning, why it matters, and how to keep moving forward.

“Music has the power to build confidence, open new perspectives, and help people discover more of who they are.”
Guiding principles, real impact.
Piano is for everybody.
Age, experience, or whether you believe you're “musical” should not determine whether you can learn.
Understanding creates confidence.
Students should understand what they are playing, why it matters, and what to work on next.
Consistency over intensity.
Small, meaningful moments at the piano create more lasting progress than overwhelming practice routines.
Curiosity over criticism.
Mistakes are natural discoveries in the learning process, not reasons for frustration.
The students who inspire us.
Every lesson is a reminder that confidence takes shape through patience, curiosity, and individual encouragement.
